Job Objective
To provide dedicated Executive Assistant support as a strategic right hand, leveraging strong communication skills and the ability to lead group discussions to effectively represent the executive office. Dedicated to ensuring seamless coordination and professional training delivery while maintaining absolute confidentiality and integrity to drive organizational efficiency.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience as Executive Assistant
- Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, or any related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking in front of individuals or small groups
- Highly organized and keen to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in basic administrative tasks (documentation, email handling, and coordination)
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle minor supervisory tasks when needed
- Teaching experience is an advantage
- Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and no record of misconduct or integrity issues
