Cold Prep Cook, Quezon City

• Prepare cold dishes including salads, canaps, appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts
• Assist in bulk preparation for buffet setups and catered events
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and food presentation standards
• Maintain freshness, proper storage, and handling of ingredients
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for event requirements and timelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or spoilage

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or with culinary training
• Experience in cold kitchen, pantry, or catering is an advantage, 1 - 3 Years.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling
• Good attention to detail, especially in plating and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Team player with good coordination skills
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
