- Prepare and bake a variety of products (bread, pastries, cakes, etc.)
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of baked goods
- Monitor baking times and temperatures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
- Manage ingredient inventory and report shortages
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- At least High School Graduate (TESDA NC II in Baking/Pastry is an advantage)
- With or without experience (experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety practices
- Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes accurately
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays
- Hardworking, reliable, and passionate about baking
- Flexible schedule
- Willing to work weekends and holidays if needed
