Job Summary

A Creative Marketing Specialist (E-commerce) is responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns that drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage digital audiences. This role blends creativity, marketing strategy, and e-commerce know-how to maximize conversions across online platforms.


 Key Responsibilities


E-commerce Campaigns

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for online shops (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or company website)
  • Create visually engaging product listings, banners, and promotional graphics
  • Develop strategies for sales events (e.g., 4.4, 11.11, 12.12 campaigns) to boost traffic and conversions

Creative Content Development

  • Produce social media content, including graphics, short videos, reels, and ads
  • Write compelling product descriptions, marketing copy, and ad captions
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Run and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, conversions, ROAS, and engagement
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and content performance

Social media & Community

  • Manage content calendars and post scheduling
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor trends
  • Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors for product promotion

Collaboration & Brand Management

  • Coordinate with product, design, and operations teams for accurate content
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and marketplaces
  • Research competitors, trends, and best practices to innovate campaigns

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • Strong creative, copywriting, and visual design skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop)
  • Experience with social media and digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing tools
  • Analytical mindset and ability to track metrics to improve campaigns
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
