The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the various administrative functions of the organization, including Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Operations, and Manpower Management.

  • Ensure that all administrative tasks and processes comply with the specific guidelines set by the assigned department
  • Maintain clear communication with department heads or team members to ensure everyone is aligned with the departments processes and timelines
  • Prepare regular reports, updates, and summaries that reflect the current status of tasks or processes as per the departments system
  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Prior experience in administrative tasks is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City
  • Can start immediately
