Description

The Paralegal or Legal Assistant provides administrative and legal support. This role assists in preparing legal documents, conducting basic legal research, maintaining legal records, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant legal information.
  • Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal matters and documentation.
  • Monitor legal deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Assist in handling correspondence related to legal matters.
  • Support the legal team in compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace or similar tools.


Other Requirements

  • Must be amenable to working onsite (The Upper Class, Quezon Ave & Sct Reyes Corner, Quezon City)
  • Preferably with own laptop
