Training and Development Officer, Quezon City

The Training and Development Staff is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of employee training programs. The role also supports the creation, monitoring, and improvement of employee performance through training initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing training and development programs for employees.
• Identify training needs in coordination with department heads and HR.
• Develop and maintain training materials and learning resources.
• Assist in the creation, monitoring, and improvement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employee development and performance.
• Coordinate training schedules, trainers, and training logistics.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support HR initiatives related to employee performance management.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of training program development and KPI implementation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and employee performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace or similar tools.

Other Requirements

• Must be amenable to working onsite (The Upper Class, Quezon Ave & Sct Reyes Corner, Quezon City)
• Preferably with own laptop
