Job description:

1. Financial Monitoring & Accounting

Daily monitoring and encoding of sales and expenses in Excel, aligned with the POS (Loyverse System).

Proper documentation of expense vouchers, sales invoices, and order slips.

Coordination with Tax Consultant at month-end to ensure all records are complete.

Weekly reconciliation of cash on hand, bank deposits, and e-wallet payments (Deposit Cash on Hand Sales every Monday).

Oversight of petty cash fund, including liquidation and disbursement to requesting departments.

2. Books of Accounts (BIR Compliance)

Maintenance of four mandatory BIR books: General Journal, General Ledger, Cash Receipts Book, and Cash Disbursements Book.

Ensure records are accurate, compliant, and audit ready.

3. Audit & Verification

Conduct bi-monthly audits of sales, expenses, and cash collections.

Conduct bi-monthly audit of all the inventories (assets, kitchen, and alcohol/beverages inventory)

4. Bank & Payment Assistance

Maker-only role: Initiate payroll releases and supplier payments via banking portals.

5. Payroll Administration

Prepare weekly payroll for on call/part-time staff.

Validate Daily Time Records (DTR) and ensure timely salary release for on call/part-time staff.

6. Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks

Collaborate with HR in monitoring and processing employee government contributions.

Prepare and file paperwork for business registration or amendments, including personally visiting the respective government offices when required. Business-related fares and meals incurred during these tasks will be reimbursable.

Provide assistance in other administrative duties as needed to support organizational operations.
