Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or in a similar role
Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration
Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment (mixers, blenders, dough sheeters)
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work early morning or shifting schedules

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and standards
Measure and mix ingredients accurately
Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
Decorate and present baked products to meet quality standards
Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of the work area
Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets
