Recruitment Staff, Quezon City

Identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for company vacancies. They handle end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing via job boards/social media, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with employment laws. They act as a support system throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Advertising: Posting job openings on job boards, social media, and internal databases to attract talent.
• Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and assessing applicant skills and experience.
• Coordination: Managing the interview scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, and acting as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Onboarding & Admin: Preparing new hire paperwork, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and updating recruitment tracking systems.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a Recruiter, HR Assistant, or in a similar sourcing-related role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organization: Strong time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
