Description
Responsibilities
  1. Omni-channel Recruitment & Expansion
  • Core Objective: Spearhead the recruitment of dancing talent for our TikTok Groups and build a pipeline of trainee talent. You will execute a systematic, multi-dimensional scouting strategy.
  • Online Scouting: Launch targeted recruitment campaigns on core social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Distribute recruitment creatives (short videos/copy) to reach potential candidates effectively. Identify and directly DM/invite potential live-streamers/talent to join our Agency.
  • Precision Scouting: Pinpoint high-potential undiscovered talent (new faces) and mid-tier creators within the content creator community to establish initial contact.
  • Live Recruitment: Host daily recruitment livestreams on TikTok (minimum 2 hours/day) to scout and engage potential live streamers and trainees in real-time.
  • Offline Scouting: Establish partnerships with universities, dancing studios, casting event organisers, and talent agencies. Help to screen candidates. Proactively network with external resources to continuously expand the talent pipeline and broaden recruitment channels.
  1. Resource Management, Compliance & KPI Achievement
  • Talent Database: Build and maintain a categorised talent pool. Systematically log data for active streamers and reserve trainees, updating it in real-time based on recruitment progress to ensure data accuracy.
  • Compliance & Operations: Strictly adhere to legal and compliance standards during the recruitment and signing process to mitigate labour risks and maintain the Agencys industry reputation.
  • Performance Targets: Achieve monthly KPIs for new talent acquisition and trainee reserves as defined by company standards.


  • Qualifications
  1. Communication Skills: Strong logic and articulation. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
  2. Aesthetic & Work Ethic: Good aesthetic sense (an eye for talent) and ability to work under pressure. Self-driven, responsible, and proficient in MS Office software.
  3. Judgment: Reliable and grounded. Possess sharp judgment and decision-making skills to identify high-potential streamers/talents.
  4. Mindset & Experience: Outgoing personality with a positive mindset and agile thinking. Proactive in problem-solving.
  5. Preferred: Candidates with experience in HR, Talent Management, or Modelling Agency, or those with existing resources (artists, influencers, live streamers).
  6. On-Camera Requirement: Must be comfortable appearing on camera for livestreams or short video content.
  7. Entry-Level Welcome: Fresh graduates/Beginners are welcome! Must be familiar with the TikTok ecosystem (operations, content creation rules, and algorithm/recommendation mechanisms). Must have a strong interest in the entertainment and livestreaming industry.
  8. Key Skill: Social Media Savvy. Ability to quickly catch hot trends, popular BGMs, and Hashtag Challenges.


Work Setup: Must be willing to work on-site in Eastwood City, Quezon City.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday8 hours/day).
