Technical Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as the frontline solutions provider for issues and concerns that may arise on the day-to-day.
  • Monitor Engineers in their official businesses or itineraries and be responsible for their OB Forms.
  • Ensure OSM (Owner Supply Materials) are requested on time.

Reports and Monitoring
  • Consolidate site inspection reports (SIR) submitted by PE every week.
  • Monitor engineering approval sheets for budgets of sites.
  • Coordinate project updates and concerns.
  • Receive, compile, and safekeep active files of ongoing projects.
Financial and Administrative Tasks
  • Evaluate, process, and monitor amount of billings through AR.
  • ROI computation after site development conducted the traffic count for new site.
  • Prepare and update budget sheets.
  • Responsible for the revolving fund, PCF, and liquidations of travels.
Documentation and Procurement
  • Prepare contracts, deeds of sale, and agreements.
  • Management of master file.
  • Make purchase orders for suppliers.
Meetings and Coordination
  • Prepare weekly agenda for engineering meetings.
  • Minutes of the meeting.
