Responsibilities

Act as Admin Staff and Safety Officer, ensuring store security and safety compliance
Supervise in-and-out monitoring of employees, personnel, and merchandisers
Ensure proper uniforms, IDs, and requirements before allowing entry to store premises
Maintain and update all logbooks, passes, and administrative records
Conduct daily pep talks with security personnel and janitors
Monitor cleanliness of offices, common areas, guardhouse, and store premises
Ensure proper posting of security personnel and merchandisers
Monitor building safety, lock premises after operating hours, and ensure equipment is properly turned off
Oversee store facilities, repairs, maintenance, and coordinate with contractors
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports
Conduct inventory of store equipment, supplies, passes, and admin materials
Handle gate passes, lost and found items, and safekeeping of store assets
Assist HR and Admin Manager on maintenance, pest control, and safety-related concerns
Perform other administrative and safety-related tasks assigned by Management
