Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Associate to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales and client relations. The position offers hands-on training, exposure to both inside sales and client-facing activities, and opportunities to develop core sales competencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls, follow-ups, and email outreach topotential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, and internal tools.
• Manage and nurture lead pipelines using CRM systems and internal databases.
• Set meetings and appointments for the sales leadership team.
• Assist in client presentations and support sales initiatives.
• Accompany the team to onsite client meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates.
• Coordinate schedules and communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 01 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in sales.
• Comfortable working in both office-based and field-based environments.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cold calling or sales outreach.
• Background in BPO or customer-facing roles, especially those transitioning to a day shift.
• Exposure to client presentations or sales support activities.
