The Grillman is responsible for preparing and cooking grilled dishes according to the restaurants standards. This role ensures consistency in taste, quality, and presentation while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the grilling station.

• Prepare and cook meats, seafood, and vegetables using grill equipment (charcoal, gas, or electric).
• Ensure proper portioning, seasoning, and cooking temperatures.
• Monitor grill times and adjust heat to achieve desired doneness.
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Set up and stock the grill station with necessary supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Clean and maintain grill equipment and work area.
• Assist in inventory control and report shortages or spoilage.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.

• Proven experience as a grill cook or similar role.
• Knowledge of different cuts of meat and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
