Below are the responsibilities of a RETAIL SALES OFFICER:

Capable of handling day-to-day administrative functions such as processing sales documents, monitoring inventory updates, preparing reports, and coordinating with dealers and internal teams, while ensuring that urgent and high-impact tasks are given priority.

Skilled in organizing schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submission of reports and other program requirements related to Retail Sales Operations & Corporate Sales. Provides proactive support to the Retail Sales Team by anticipating needs, minimizing delays, and ensuring that all back-office requirements are completed on time to drive smooth sales operations.

To be successful in this role you must be

A college graduate with a 4-year degree
Has atleast 4 years of experience in automotive sales
Solid understanding of dealer and distributor sales processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a strong ability to create reports, presentations, and analysis to support sales operations.
Familiar with other sales-related tools and processes.
Capable in maintaining well-organized and accurate records of all sales transaction and documentation.
Capable in identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support overall sales performance.
Capable to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams and other departments to achieve shared goals

Working pattern and location:

Join Date: April 2026

Employment Type: Full-time Employee

Work Location: On-site

Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Location:728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.
