Description
  • Assist in sourcing and screening applicants based on job qualifications
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with both applicants and interviewers
  • Support the facilitation of initial interviews and preparation of interview materials
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases
  • Encode, organize, and manage recruitment reports and candidate records
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document scanning
  • Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all recruitment-related information


Job requirements

  • Must be a 3rd or 4th year college student
  • Internship must be part of academic requirements (voluntary interns are not accepted)
  • Currently enrolled in BS in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Excel and basic document processing tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to report onsite at Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City
