Location: Eastwood City, Libis
Salary: PHP 150,000 to 180,000 Full Package
Work Setup: Onsite Shifting Schedule


Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager at the Assistant Director level to lead HR Shared Services operations in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role will oversee multiple HR functions including Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, and Compliance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management
Lead, manage, and mentor HR Shared Services teams including Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits
Drive a high-performance and customer-centric culture
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans

HR Operations and Service Delivery
Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery including employee inquiries, HRIS, and benefits
Ensure compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and service quality
Act as escalation point for complex HR concerns

Compliance and Governance
Ensure adherence to labor laws, corporate policies, and data privacy regulations
Maintain confidentiality of employee data
Stay updated on HR legal requirements and industry standar


Education
Bachelors Degree preferably in Human Resources or related field

Experience
10 to 15 years HRBP experience at Manager level
Minimum 5 years as HR Manager in BPO industry required
Strong background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, Data Management, Engagement, and Health and Safety
Proven experience managing HR Shared Services in a high-volume environment

Skills
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and data-driven decision making
Deep understanding of HR systems including HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms
