Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate both online and offline events.
• Manage and track budgets for various campaigns and events.
• Create persuasive ad copy and promotional materials.
• Execute and monitor ads across platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
• Analyze ad performance (CTR, ROI) and ensure all content is on-brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in marketing, promotions, or events (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).

Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CapCut for basic design and video editing.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and digital ad platforms.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
