Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Track project progress and report updates to management.
- Assist in risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and standards
- Assist in the planning and execution of project activities to ensure successful delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or any related technical field
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, facilities management, or maintenance supervision
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, including plumbing, electrical, and general repair works
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City
