Description

We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Associates. This is a semi non-voice role where you will handle a mix of chat, email, and occasional inbound/outbound calls to assist customers with their travel-related concerns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls
  • Provide support for changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Document all interactions properly in the system


Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months BPO experience (travel account experience is a plus)
  • Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling both non-voice and voice tasks
  • Amenable to work onsite and night shift
  • Can start ASAP
