Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting. This role will manage the accounting team, supervise financial processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Manage and review month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance management
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and financial planning

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in multinational or shared services environments
• Familiarity with process automation and system implementation
• Knowledge of local tax regulations (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes)
