Engaging with clients to understand technical requirements, providing pre- and post-sales support, and offering technical solutions.
Creating and delivering, technical presentations and live demos to showcase product functionality and value.
Partnering with sales teams to build proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Reporting customer feedback and technical requirements for future product enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered in Civil Engineering
With 2-3 years experience in Technical Sales
Deep understanding of the products / services being sold, such as materials and supplies.
Experience in negotiation, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose client issues and propose effective solutions.
