Human Resource Management Lead, Quezon City

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and organizational development
• Lead and mentor the HR team

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership HR role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized and people-oriented
