Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. This role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.

Assist in preparing financial reports, tax filings, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support audits and financial analysis as needed.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting.

Experience: 1-3 years in accounting or bookkeeping

Certifications (Preferred): CPA or other accounting certifications (a plus but not required).

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
