Sales Operations Specialist, Quezon City

We are looking for a Sales Operations Officer to ensure that all sales programs, promotions, and in-store initiatives are properly executed across our dealer and store network.

This role focuses on implementation, monitoring, and coordination to make sure plans are carried out effectively on the ground.

• Monitor execution of sales promos, pricing, and in-store displays across stores and dealers
• Ensure all branches follow approved sales programs and guidelines
• Conduct store visits and audits to check rollout and compliance
• Track progress of campaigns and report issues or gaps
• Prepare regular reports on execution performance and store compliance

• Experience in sales operations, retail execution, or field coordination
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to do field work and store visits
• Knowledgeable in excel, google sheets

This is a full time onsite position in Quezon City, Metro Manila
