GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under direct supervision of the Retail Store Supervisor, main task is:
• Initiates contact with the customer in the store and helps the customer in the store and helps the customer feel welcome.
• Reports directly under the supervision of RSS.
• Assesses the needs of the customer and provides the appropriate level of service to the customers.
