We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle both non-voice and voice interactions, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with team members and support departments
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and occasional phone calls
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and support departments
What Were Looking For:
- At least 6 months BPO or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Cubao
- Open to night shift schedule
- Can start ASAP
