Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account issues, order concerns, refunds, and payment problems.
• Support delivery riders and restaurant partners with account access and order management.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve order delays, cancellations, or missing items.
• Process refunds, credits, or adjustments according to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.
• Provide guidance to customers on how to use the food delivery app and manage their accounts.

Qualifications
