Description

The HR Timekeeping Officer is responsible for monitoring, recording, and maintaining employees attendance and work hours to ensure accurate payroll processing. This role ensures compliance with company policies regarding time, attendance, and leave management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily attendance of employees (time-in and time-out).
  • Review and verify timesheets, overtime, undertime, and leave records.
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding attendance issues.
  • Prepare and submit timekeeping reports for payroll processing.
  • Monitor absences, tardiness, and disciplinary attendance concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
