Job Title: Medical Representative (Dermatology Experience)

1 Medical representative for each of the 3 Areas

Areas to handle:

1. Pampanga / Bataan / Zambales / Tarlac
2. Paranaque / Las Pinas / Muntinlupa
3. Cavite / Laguna

Job Summary:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling dermatology-related products to healthcare professionals. The role involves building strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies, while ensuring product awareness and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote dermatology products to dermatologists, general practitioners, and healthcare providers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies
• Conduct product presentations, detailing, and demonstrations
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Organize and participate in medical events, conferences, and product launches
• Ensure proper product distribution and availability in assigned territory
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and territory updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or any related field
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in dermatology
• Strong knowledge of dermatology products and treatments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
• Results-driven and goal-oriented
• Willing to travel within assigned areas

Preferred Skills:

• Existing network of dermatologists and healthcare professionals
• Experience in handling skincare, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical dermatology products
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills
