Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Account to assist clients with banking, billing, and account-related inquiries. You will provide accurate information, support financial transactions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Provide accurate guidance on accounts, payments, and financial services

Assist clients with billing questions, transaction issues, or account updates

Resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently

Document all interactions and financial details accurately in the system

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Work Schedule & Training:

Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Comprehensive paid training on financial processes and company systems

Requirements

High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
