Delivery Helper, Quezon City

The Delivery Helper assists the Delivery Driver in transporting goods to customers safely and efficiently. This role involves loading and unloading items, ensuring accurate deliveries, and providing support to ensure smooth and timely operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Experience in delivery or logistics is an advantage but not required
• Trustworthy and responsible

• Assist in loading and unloading products from the delivery vehicle
• Ensure items are properly handled to avoid damage during transport
• Help verify delivery orders, quantities, and addresses
• Accompany the driver during deliveries and assist in navigation if needed
• Deliver items to customers and obtain signatures or proof of delivery
• Help collect payments when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Communicate any delivery issues or discrepancies to the driver or supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
