Role Purpose:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between hiring managers and top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting the organizations headcount goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job specifications, and establish effective selection criteria.
• Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals) to build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a professional interview process.
• Assessment: Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments or panel interviews.
• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing and attending career fairs.
• Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in construction company.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality.
