A Finance Associate specializing in filing is responsible for the systematic organization and maintenance of financial records, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and easily accessible for audits, reporting, and compliance purposes.

• Organize, sort, and file financial documents such as invoices, receipts, vouchers, and reports (both physical and digital).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for financial records.
• Ensure proper labeling, classification, and storage of documents for easy retrieval.
• Assist in preparing documents for audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
• Retrieve requested files and records promptly for internal teams or external auditors.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documents before filing.
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks and data entry when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding document retention.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
