Job Description

The Routine Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and functionality of facilities and equipment. Duties include performing daily inspections, conducting minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), and carrying out preventive maintenance. The role also involves responding to maintenance requests, maintaining cleanliness and safety of public areas, assisting with room preparation, and keeping accurate maintenance records.

Job Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common facility issues
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
• Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions
• Good communication skills for responding to staff and guest concerns
• Willing to work full-time and follow company rules and schedules
