Engineer Assistant Manager, Quezon City

Full-time office-based role responsible for supporting the Engineering Manager in reviewing and consolidating all mechanical and HVAC engineering outputs prior to final approval.

The Engineer Assistant Manager reviews plans, load calculations, equipment selection, BOQs, and cost estimates prepared by Cadet Engineers and Cost Engineers to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements. The role involves identifying design gaps, correcting inconsistencies, coordinating revisions, and ensuring documentation is ready for presentation to senior management.

This position serves as the intermediate technical reviewer, providing guidance to junior engineers while ensuring that submissions meet company standards, client specifications, and budget considerations.
