Job Title: Part-Time Company Nurse

Job Description

The Part-Time Company Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees and supporting workplace health and safety programs. This role ensures immediate medical assistance, promotes employee wellness, and helps maintain compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first aid and emergency treatment for workplace injuries or illnesses.

Administer approved over-the-counter medication when necessary.

Assist in implementing company health and safety programs.

Monitor employee health concerns and provide appropriate guidance.

Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports.

Support workplace safety initiatives and health awareness programs.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.

Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and workplace safety practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies.

Knowledge of basic medical procedures, first aid, and emergency response.

Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
