What Were Looking For: 

• Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or any related field
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments, basic networking concepts, and cloud services
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of GitHub, programming, database applications, or CLI commands is an advantage
• Experience or knowledge in POS systems is a plus

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues
• Perform root-cause analysis to prevent future problems
• Document technical issues and solutions using our ticketing system
• Assist in system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance
• Provide end-user training on software usage and IT best practices
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated tickets
• Collaborate with development teams to suggest improvements or bug fixes
• Report daily to the team leader on progress and technical challenges
• Build strong working relationships with end-users, developers, and project managers
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support our IT and client success goals
