Marketing Events Support

Monitors engagements, clicks/views, and audience reach of each post on a daily basis.
Collaborates with marketing and sales team members to develop content for the brands websites and social media platforms, including banners and promotions.
Promotes events, marketing activities, and sponsorship updates on all social media channels.
Conducts email and text blasts prior to events to promote upcoming marketing activities.
Reproduces printed marketing materials such as posters, tarpaulins, pull-up banners, catalogs, and price signage.
Monitors brand mentions across all social media channels and responds to customer inquiries and complaints online.
Manages sponsorships and partnerships with various associations or private sectors to promote brand awareness.
Conducts research and analysis of market trends and competition and recommends effective marketing initiatives, advertising, or promotions as needed.
Evaluates customer research, new trends, market conditions, and competitor data.
Ensures brand integrity across all online communications.
Provides assistance during marketing events (ingress, implementation, and egress).
Ensures all logistical requirements for events are properly set up according to the floor plan.
Creates liquidation reports and other post-event reports submitted by the marketing team.
Supervises inventory of marketing collaterals, giveaways, and other materials.
