Customer Service Representative, Quezon City

We are looking for a responsive and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Associate to handle online inquiries, calls, and messages across different platforms. The role involves assisting customers, answering questions, and converting inquiries into sales while providing excellent service.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via:
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Instagram
  • Lazada / Marketplace
  • SMS and phone calls
• Provide accurate product information (tires, batteries, services, etc.)
• Assist customers in choosing the right products based on their needs
• Prepare quotations and guide customers through the buying process
• Follow up inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Coordinate with store team for product availability and scheduling
• Record customer orders and details properly
• Maintain organized chat responses and conversation history
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and after-sales inquiries professionally
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

• At least High School or Senior High graduate (College level is a plus)
• Experience in customer service, online selling, or sales is an advantage
• If no experience, must be willing to learn and undergo training
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using Messenger, IG, Lazada, etc.)
• Fast responder and able to multitask
• Patient, polite, and customer-focused
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking

• Sales-driven and goal-oriented
• Good typing speed and grammar
• Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time
• Basic knowledge of cars is a plus (but not required)
