Description
Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain the HR payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.
  • Consolidate and verify completeness of manual Daily Time Records (DTR) and generate reports for third-party payroll providers.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, including ATM setup and creation of new payroll profiles.
  • Process and encode employees leave, prepare payroll computations, and handle employee loan calculations.
  • Ensure employees 201 files are complete, up-to-date, and securely stored.
  • Address and resolve employees payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field, with at least one year of relevant HR/payroll experience.
  • Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent time management and organizational abilities.
