JOB SUMMARY:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a Senior Inventory and Purchasing Professional. The role involves overseeing and managing inventory control processes, including tracking inventory levels, managing stock, coordinating with suppliers, and handling purchases.


Responsibilities include planning purchasing activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The role also requires collaboration with various departments to anticipate demand and maintain efficient inventory practices.


Qualifications

35 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain operations

Proficiency in physical inventory and inventory management processes

Strong skills in inventory control and organizing stock effectively

Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Ability to analyze and forecast inventory requirements

Experience with inventory and supply chain software tools is preferred

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in inventory or purchasing operations is highly desirable
