Compliance Officer, Quezon City

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Officer to ensure that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards. The role involves handling corporate documentation, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and monitoring compliance deadlines to mitigate risks.

• Must possess at least one of the following:
• Paralegal Certification or formal Paralegal Training; or
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Legal Management, Finance, or any related field

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in corporate compliance, legal documentation, regulatory coordination, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience in:
• SEC filings and corporate housekeeping
• BIR compliance documentation
• Processing and renewal of government permits
• Regulatory coordination and documentation tracking
• Must have demonstrated experience in compliance monitoring and implementation, beyond clerical or administrative support

• Prepare, review, and maintain corporate and regulatory documents
• Ensure timely submission of SEC, BIR, and other government requirements
• Monitor compliance deadlines and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with government agencies and external stakeholders
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to Philippine laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards

• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements and corporate governance
• Proficiency in documentation and compliance tracking systems
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and implement solutions
