Mechanical Repair/Maintenance Engineer, Quezon City

a. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical/Vocational background in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field.
• With at least 3-5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

b. Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and outsourced workers.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate repairs for electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and completion reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper housekeeping.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory, and repairs.
• Recommend improvements to enhance building operations and efficiency.
• Assist in special projects and facility construction activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
