ABOUT THE ROLE

The Field Visit Team Leader is responsible for leading, managing, and supporting the Field Visit team to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant execution of all on-site activities. This role ensures that field visits contribute effectively to collections, skip tracing, and customer engagement, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and data accuracy.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead and supervise the field visit team members, including route planning, workload distribution, and daily briefings.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and policy compliance.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job support to enhance performance.

Field Operations Management

  • Oversee all field activities, including customer house/company visits and delivery of notices or reminders.
  • Ensure accurate collection and verification of customer information (addresses, contacts, employment details, skip-trace leads).
  • Handle escalated or high-priority cases when required.

Planning & Performance Monitoring

  • Set daily/weekly targets and track KPIs such as visit completion, successful contact rates, and data accuracy.
  • Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Reporting & System Updates

  • Ensure timely and accurate system updates of all field visit outcomes.
  • Review reports, highlight critical findings, and prepare weekly/monthly summaries.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Enforce adherence to SOPs, client guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks, manage customer complaints, and ensure safe field practices.

Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with Collections, Skip-Tracing, and Operations teams to plan targeted field activities.
  • Provide real-time updates on high-risk or urgent cases.

Administrative Duties

  • Validate travel reimbursements, verify visit proofs, and maintain field materials and templates.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Field Visit staff.

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in special field operations and perform tasks assigned by management.


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in field collections or in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of field operations, skip tracing methods, and collection processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to handle 5 to 10 field collectors.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.
  • Proficient in map navigation.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own motorcycle.
  • Computer literate with basic skills in Excel and basic reporting tools.
