Description
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screenings, and interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and training initiatives to ensure effective integration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Administer and manage employee compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes
  • Ensure accurate implementation of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements)
  • Handle benefits enrollment, renewals, and employee benefit inquiries
  • Prepare and manage compensation reviews, salary adjustments, and related reports
  • Coordinate and represent the company in labor cases, including attending hearings and submitting requirements at DOLE and NLRC
  • Prepare documentation, position papers, and records required for labor disputes and compliance audits
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee compensation and benefits records


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
