QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance
  • Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
  • With experience in AR and AP is an advantage
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Ability to remain focused for extended periods
  • With SAP or accounting software experience is an advantage


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
  • Assists in organizing financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
  • Assists in tracking the progress of financial and accounting objectives
  • Assists in preparation of budget reports
  • Provides promptly and correctly additional details to the account in the financial statements in case these are requested by Management
  • Ensure compliance to the law
