Field Engineer, Quezon City

About the role

Miraga Builders and Trading is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their team in Project 4, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design of construction projects, ensuring they meet all relevant building codes and safety regulations. This is a full-time position based office and on-site.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings to develop construction plans
• Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues
• Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities
• Ensuring all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Preparing detailed reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed

What we're looking for

• Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Willingness to travel from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. (Company expense)
• Assigned to do managing, planning, designing and supervising the construction and maintenance of project site.
• Experience in Filed Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, and construction methods
• Proficient in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
