Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesMessenger / Errands


  • Perform errand-running duties outside the office, including but not limited to picking up and delivering documents, packages, office supplies, and other materials.


  • Process banking and government transactions with agencies such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth (PHIC), and Pag-IBIG (HDMF).


  • Drive motorcycles or automatic 4-wheel vehicles for official errands and document deliveries.


  • Ensure the proper handling, security, and confidentiality of documents and materials during transport.


  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure the timely completion of errands and deliveries.
  • Utility Tasks / Office Support


  • Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and orderliness, including setting up meeting rooms when needed.


  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.


  • Provide general support to different departments, including filing, document handling, data entry, and other administrative tasks.


  • Assist in organizing and archiving company documents and records.


  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special requests from employees or management.


Administrative and Coordination Tasks


  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for employees or guests, when required.


  • Maintain records or logs of completed tasks and relevant activities.


  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper condition of company vehicles.


Other Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


  • Adhere to all company policies, rules, and procedures.
